Common questions
Is my data stored in the cloud?
By default, your budgeting data is stored locally on your device. If you use device-level backup (iCloud or Google backup), your data may be included in that backup according to your device settings.
Can I export my transactions?
If export is available in your version of Budget, use the export option in the app settings or reports section. If you need help exporting, email us and we will guide you based on your app version.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data from your device. If you enabled cloud or device backup, you may also need to remove backups through your device settings.
Refunds for subscriptions
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are managed by Apple or Google. Request refunds through your store account according to their policies.
