Common questions
Is Cradlecare a medical app?
No. Cradlecare is a personal logging tool. It does not diagnose conditions or replace professional medical care. Use it to organize information for yourself and to share with your doctor if you choose.
Where is my baby's data stored?
By default, data is stored on your device. If you use device or cloud backup features, copies may exist according to your settings.
Can I export data for a doctor visit?
If export or share features are available in your version, use them from the app menu. Contact support if you need help with your specific version.
Can multiple caregivers use the same profile?
Multi-caregiver or sync features depend on your app version. Email us if you need guidance for your setup.
