Alphasource ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Keesha mobile application. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use Keesha to store and manage personal documents on iOS or Android.
Summary
Keesha is a digital document wallet. Documents you add — such as ID scans, certificates, and photos — are sensitive. By default, your documents are stored on your device. We do not sell your personal information or use your document contents for advertising.
Information you provide
When you use Keesha, you may store or enter:
- Photos, scans, and files of personal documents
- Document titles, categories, tags, or notes you add
- App lock settings such as PIN or biometric preferences
- Information you include when contacting support
Information collected automatically
We may collect limited technical information, such as:
- Device type, operating system version, and app version
- Crash reports and diagnostic logs (if enabled on your device)
- Aggregated, non-content analytics about app usage to improve reliability
We do not analyze the contents of your stored documents for marketing purposes.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Let you store, organize, and retrieve your documents
- Protect access to the app through optional security features
- Maintain and improve app performance and security
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with legal obligations when required
Data storage and security
Your documents are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly enable a backup or sync feature offered in the app or through your device's operating system (such as iCloud or Google backup). We recommend using device passcode, app lock, and biometric authentication where available.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for deciding which documents to store and for keeping your device secure.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data only:
- With infrastructure or crash-reporting providers that help us operate the app, under confidentiality obligations
- When you choose to share a document using your device's share sheet or another feature you initiate
- When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
Your choices and rights
You can:
- Delete documents within the app at any time
- Remove all app data by uninstalling Keesha
- Request help accessing or deleting data associated with support correspondence

Children's privacy
Keesha is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
International users
If you use Keesha from outside your home country, limited technical data may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. Your document contents remain on your device unless you enable backup or sync.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
