Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Keesha mobile application provided by Alphasource. By downloading or using Keesha, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Keesha lets you store, organize, and access digital copies of documents on your mobile device. The app is provided for personal use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
2. Your responsibility for content
You are solely responsible for the documents you store in Keesha and for ensuring you have the legal right to possess and store those copies. You must not use Keesha to store unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.
3. Not a substitute for official documents
Digital copies in Keesha may not be accepted as official identification or proof by governments, employers, or third parties. Always carry original documents when required by law or policy.
4. Security
You are responsible for securing your device and any app lock credentials you configure. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from lost devices, weak passwords, or sharing access with others.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Keesha for illegal purposes
- Upload malware or attempt to compromise the app or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer or misuse the service except where permitted by law
- Store content you do not have the right to possess
6. Subscriptions and purchases
If Keesha offers paid features or subscriptions, billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds follow the store's policies. Manage subscriptions through your store account.
7. Intellectual property
Keesha and its branding are owned by Alphasource or its licensors. You retain ownership of documents you upload. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or software except as needed to use the app.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Keesha is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that stored copies will be accepted as official documents, or that data will never be lost. Maintain your own backups of critical documents.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alphasource is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or documents, arising from your use of Keesha. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Keesha in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50 for free use.
10. Termination
You may stop using Keesha at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or discontinue the service if you violate these Terms or as needed for legal or operational reasons.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes posted on this page constitutes acceptance.
