Common questions
Where are my documents stored?
Documents are stored on your device. If you use device backup (iCloud, Google backup), copies may exist in your backup according to your device settings.
Can I recover documents if I lose my phone?
Recovery depends on whether you had device backup enabled before the loss. Keesha cannot restore documents without a backup you control. We strongly recommend regular device backups.
How do I lock the app?
Enable app lock in Keesha settings if your version supports PIN or biometric unlock. Also use your device passcode.
Will a scan in Keesha replace my original ID?
No. Digital copies are for convenience only. Carry official originals when required.
